Event Description
The rural and picturesque setting at Ardington provides the perfect base for the event.
The 5K run is routed through Ardington village and woodland before returning via Lockinge lakes and leafy by-ways.
The 20K cycle route explores the ancient Ridgeway path as well as other bridleways and by-ways up on the Berkshire Downs then descends a fast, twisty, gravel track before returning to Ardington through quiet lanes.

Who can enter?
The Boneshaker is a fun but challenging event open to consenting adults of any ability.
All three legs of the Boneshaker can be tackled solo. We will be awarding trophies for the fastest man and woman to complete the course, as well as 'vets' trophies for the over 40's.
Alternatively you can gather a group of friends or collegues and form a team of two or three to tackle the course in a relay style. We have two team trophies - The Team Trophy for the fastest group of mates, or the Business Team Trophy for the fastest team of colleagues. To qualify for the Business Team Trophy, all the team members must work for the same business. Teams must indicate in which category they are competing on the entry form.
Whichever option you choose the course guarantees to test the fittest entrants while still being great fun for all “have-a-go” challengers.
